I was sitting here at my desk and felt like sharing something with you. I noticed yesterday, but it didn't "click" until a while ago, that this is the time in more than three years (that I can remember) that I am pain-free from lower back. I don't know if the pain is is temporarily or permanently gone, but it has definitely a sign of progress. I may continue to feel discomfort again, but that's ok.
